Dr M. Bilal Rizwan is a US Board Certified Physical Therapist who earned his BSPT degree from JPMC, Karachi in 2001. His House job was done at Jinnah Hospital Lahore in 2001-2002. During his House job he was also running his private practice at  Singapore Medical Center, Dubai Chowk, Lahore.

He joined Northern Rehab Agency as Rehab Director in New Jersey, USA from 2003-2007. In 2008 he joined Beaumont Hospital as Registered Physical Therapist . From 2009-2012 he joined Home Health Of America and worked as Registered Physical Therapist. He joined Henry Ford Hospital Michigan from 2012-2018 as Registered Physical Therapist. During his over 15 years of stay in USA he earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (tDPT) degree from New York in 2012, Dry Needling Certification, LSVT Big ( Parkinson's Specialization), manual Therapy and many certifications during 2003-2018.

Therapy Max was inaugurated in 2019 at Bahria Enclave, Islamabad. He is known for his skill and expertise as he has treated thousands of patients who needed Physical Therapy and Rehab for Neuro Muscular Pain like Sciatica, Frozen Shoulder, Lumbago, Stroke, ALS, Parkinson's,  Pre and Post opp, Joint Replacements, Sports Injuries etc.
